investors.The Design Operations group within the Enterprise Design
organization will enable the firm's transformation of building
human-centered capabilities that focus on client, branch team and
associate experience. We are looking for a candidate that is
passionate about delivering phenomenal customer-centric
experiences, showing proven success in ownership, leadership, bias
for action, and thinking big.
We are looking for a Team Leader that has experience both using
design thinking to discover and deliver solutions and is a thought
leader in the application of human-centered design principles to
organizational challenges. You'll be joining our diverse team of
problem solvers that employ design and systems thinking to design
processes, tools & solutions than enable a design culture within
Bachelor's degree in Human Factors,
Instructional Design, Computer Science, Digital Media, Interactive
Media, Web Design, Communication, Behavioral Science, or equivalent
experience5 years of experience in operations strategy including
but not limited to: business & process modeling, operations
transformation, sales and operations planning3 years of experience
in Creative Design that includes web, mobile, visualization,
industrial design, and service design2 years of experience
practicing Human Centered Design, and Design Thinking
methodologies2 years of experience on driving transformational
changes in large organizations2 years of experience on strategic
research methodologies2 years of experience on delivering outcomes
through agile and waterfall methodologies
Decisions result in design success or failure and have direct
impact on the business.
Influence people and organizations
when issues are complex/difficult and require considerable
diplomacy. Makes decisions to ensure the execution and quality of
efforts and projects are in best interest of the users.

Driving results through removing obstacles or constraints for
execution teams is needed to move work forward.
Align design frameworks for
best-in-class design processes that create exceptional
experiencesFacilitate design quality through consistent design
tools and processesScale and manage the design system to create
efficiencies for designersUncover and expose bottlenecks in the

The Design Ops Team Leader is responsible for providing leadership,
development, and mentoring to associates.

this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on
skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a
potential new associate:
Salary: $106916 - $182047
