Description Registered Behavior Technician Manager (RBTM) The
Arc of the Ozarks – ABA Services Lead. Support. Make an Impact.
Ready to grow your career in ABA? We’re looking for a Registered
Behavior Technician Manager (RBTM) to provide direct client care
while leading and supporting a team of RBTs. What You’ll Do
Implement behavior support plans and skill-building programs
Collect and track behavioral data Support assessments alongside
BCBAs Provide direct services in clinic, home, and community
settings Mentor RBTs and help manage team schedules Lead team
meetings and support treatment planning Communicate with families
and caregivers What You Bring Current RBT certification At least 1
year of RBT experience Strong knowledge of ABA principles Excellent
communication and leadership skills Ability to stay calm and lead
in challenging situations Schedule & Structure 25 hours/week direct
client care 15 hours/week leadership and administrative
