Job Description Geriatric Medical Services Full Time Hours:

Patients seen: 16-20 Call Schedule: Varies. Maybe 5-6 phone calls a
week. This should be accounted for in the daily work schedule.
Sign-On Bonus Compensation: Base salary range $220,000-$250,000

Your Day, Your Way:Skip the traditional 9-5 schedule. This role
offers a flexible, design-your-own schedule working 4-5 hours per
day with the autonomy to round at your convenience. Administrative
tasks can be completed from home, and the call is coordinated with
on-site nursing staff.Call Schedule:Handled remotely from home and
varies in complexity. Typical calls occur 5-6 times per week,
mainly to manage prescriptions or provide nurse
consultations.Practice Locations:Round at Valley View Nursing Home,
Sapphire at Goshen, and Sapphire at Meadowhill, all within a
convenient commuting distance.Team & Support:Join a team of 16
clinicians led by Medical Director Dr. Oltean. Providers typically
see ~20 patients per day, focusing on consultative care rather than
high-volume visits.Qualifications:Medicaid credentialing required.
Experience preferred, but new graduates welcome.
