This role includes decontamination, instrument preparation, and sterile storage, with a focus on accuracy, teamwork, and patient safety. No prior experience is required—successful candidates bring reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Education: ? Required: Graduate from School of Surgical Technology OR High School diploma or equivalent AND Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD)Experience: ? No prior experience requiredSkills: ? Excellent Communication Skills ? Working knowledge of computers ? Ability to organize instrument sets ? Able to pass a written proficiency review. ? Organized and self-motivated with an attention to detail.Licensure/Certification/Registration: ? Preferred: CRCST or CBSPD (Required if no Surgical Technology Degree)
