Job Description:

Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, and play

Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and
implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records.
Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled
patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease
prevention. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in
patients' conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and
records. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to
assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Strong
knowledge of psychiatric nursing best practices. Ability to handle
psychiatric emergencies. Excellent written and verbal communication
skills. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma.
Certified Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) qualification is preferred.
