Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. Located in
Fayetteville, NC, this contract opportunity offers a position
supporting K-12 students as an Occupational Therapist within a
public school setting. The assignment spans the full academic year,
from August 12, 2026, through May 27, 2027, providing a structured
schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
15-20 hours of direct occupational therapy services weekly to
students. Manage caseload using a workload model, balancing direct
services with evaluations, data collection, and report writing.
Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support
student development. Maintain accurate documentation and comply
with all regulatory and district guidelines. Participate in
meetings and professional development as required. Qualifications:
Must hold an active North Carolina Occupational Therapist license;
candidates with licenses secured by the end of July will be
considered. Experience in school-based occupational therapy
preferred. Strong organizational skills for caseload management and
documentation. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently in a central office setting while
serving multiple schools. This academic year contract position
