registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

be considered. An opportunity is available for a registered nurse
specializing in stepdown care with a focus on cardiac and telemetry
patients. This contract position is based in Goshen, IN, offering a
structured 3x12-hour day shift schedule from 07:00 to 19:30. The
role is ideal for nurses with a minimum of one year of experience,
preferably two, and those skilled in telemetry and cardiac/stroke
patient care. Key Qualifications: Active RN license with telemetry
and cardiac/stroke experience Proficient in telemetry rhythm
identification (passing a tele rhythm quiz is mandatory) Experience
administering cardiac drips such as Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone,
and Lasix ACLS, BCLS, and NIH certifications required Ability to
manage patient ratios of up to 1:5 Familiarity with hemodialysis
patient care and multiple oxygenation modes (excluding vents)
Willingness to float to similar or lesser acuity units
Responsibilities include delivering critical nursing care on a
cardiac-focused intermediate unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms
carefully, administering complex drips, and providing comprehensive
patient support. This position does not require call or overnight
weekend shifts but involves working every other weekend. Located in
the heart of Indiana, Goshen offers a welcoming community with a

short-term acute care facility equipped with advanced technologies

living within 50 miles and holding an active license before
