In this role, you will deliver skilled nursing care to patients in
their residences, guided by the oversight of a Registered Nurse.
Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning,
implementing, and evaluating the needs and care of patients.
Position Overview: Sign-On Bonus for Experienced LPNs: $2,000 Home
Care LPN Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week, Day Shift Location:

diverse caseload of patients facing various health challenges. Your
role will involve delivering essential patient education,
treatment, and emotional support to assist individuals in
recovering from injuries, managing illnesses, or coping with
chronic conditions. You will need to exhibit strong assessment
skills and technical proficiency, with the ability to anticipate
and react to changes in patients' clinical statuses. Building
rapport and maintaining effective communication with patients and
their families is crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible
for liaising with physicians and other healthcare professionals
regarding your patients' care, ensuring that all communication and
documentation regarding medication changes and care plans are
precise and professional. Incentives and Benefits: Full-Time (40

environment Qualifications: Experience: A minimum of one year in a
related field is preferred. Education: Graduation from an
accredited nursing program is required. Licensure: Must hold a
current RN license in Missouri and possess a valid driver's
license. Certifications: BLS CPR Certification from the American
