Ongoing x 4Length of Assignment: OngoingShift Hours: 7:30-3:30Call Ratio: Yes. 3:30 PM - 7:30 AMPrimary Call-In House. Secondary call - beeper with a 30 minute response time. Call Schedule: 3 weeknights/monthCase Mix:High Acuity cases- Mostly GS, Ortho, URO, high-risk OB, 1,300 births/year (including VBACs), GYN, Cancer, LiverSome vascular, ENT, RAD with Anes, cosmetics, POD, Pulm, Very light cardiac (TEE, lungs, and major vascular)Blocks: B&B, interscalene, supraclavicular, axillary, adductor popliteal & TAPS.Must be proficient in Spinals, blocks, and epidurals of Surgical Cases per day: High case volume of ORs: 8Staff: 6 CRNAs, 5 Anesthesiologists daily, 1 provider on post call, day off from first call. Supervision and Ratio: No supervision. Anesthesiologists on site. All providers work their own cases.
