Position Overview: Education: Completion of a recognized Nursing
program. Licensure: Valid RN license issued by the relevant State
Board of Nursing. Experience: 3 to 5 years of nursing experience in
a hospital setting. Certification/Registration: Must possess an
American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete the
necessary training during the probationary period. Certifications
in TNCC, ACLS, and either ENPC or PALS are required. Skills,
Knowledge, and Abilities: Exhibits strong interpersonal and
communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as
electronic. Demonstrates clinical proficiency in delivering patient
care. Capable of evaluating data and assisting colleagues in
providing the appropriate level of care. Executes responsibilities
while embodying the organization's philosophy regarding skills,
knowledge, and abilities. Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in
