Overview: In this role, you will apply the nursing process to
deliver patient care under the guidance of licensed professionals
authorized by state regulations to prescribe treatments and
medications, or under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
You will be accountable for the care provided to your assigned
patients, ensuring coordination with various departments. Upholding
patient rights and maintaining confidentiality of patient
information are essential aspects of this position. Your
responsibilities will align with our mission, values, and service
standards. Position Details: LPN Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 Behavioral
Health LPN 36 Hours per Week, Day Shift Location: Mercy Hospital
Jefferson Festus, MO 63028 Our Behavioral Health Services offer a
supportive and therapeutic setting for individuals facing
psychiatric challenges, behavioral issues, and substance
dependence. Our committed multidisciplinary team provides a
structured therapeutic program designed to assist those in crisis
through comprehensive evaluation, education, medication management,
individual and group therapy, and strategies for relapse
prevention. Qualifications: Education Required: Practical Nursing
Degree from an accredited institution Licensure: Current LPN
license in the state or the ability to obtain it within 90 days
Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the American
Heart Association; IV Certification to be completed within one year
