Job Requirements Education • Graduate of approved Occupational Therapy Program; or Eligibility for National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association; or Two (2) years occupational therapy experience and satisfactory grade on proficiency exam conducted, approved, or sponsored by U.S. Public Health Service. (N/A if licensed or sought qualification as an OT after December 31, 1977.) Experience • Preferred: 1 year Occupational Therapy experience. Skills • Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by nature of position. Licensure/Certification/Registration • Required: License of Occupational Therapy active in the state of Missouri • Required: BLS must be obtained within 90 days • Required: Active Driver's License Education: ? Required: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program ? Preferred: Masters or Doctorate from an accredited program of Occupational TherapyExperience: ? No prior experience requiredSkills: ? Good clinical expertise, communication skills, human relations skills and organizational skills required. ? Self-motivated individual who can work independently with little direct supervision required ? Has demonstrated interest in professional growth by attendance at continuing education workshops, and applications of new principles and/or techniques.Licensure/Certification/Registration: ? Required: Active Missouri licensure for Occupational Therapy. (Limited permits not accepted)
