Position Details: Incentives: - Education Assistance: - Up to $20,000 Loan Forgiveness for new grad nurses - Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 per year - $3000 Relocation Assistance for full time only - Weekend Differential - Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am - Weekend Option Days: WEO rates weekend differential - Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates weekend differential straight night shift differential - New Increased Weekend Option Differential: $10.00 RN - Day-One comprehensive medical, dental & vision insurance - PTO/Vacation Time Frontload Up to 80 Hours for Experienced RNs for full time only - Employer-Matched Retirement Funds Qualifications: - Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program. - Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. - Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire. - Physical requirements/demands: - Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis - Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift - Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties Unit Information: Surgical Trauma "3A" is a 33-bed unit, fast-paced med-surg telemetry unit which focuses on adult post- operative and trauma patients. Nurse patient ratios are: Days 5:1, Nights 6:1.
