End date : Ongoing Coverage type: No Call Facility is seeking a
Physician to join welcoming and diverse community of providers in
four centers in MO. Schedule : Up to 14 shifts per month.
Preference to locums able to cover a significant number of shift.
Available to work in either of MO location (proximity 1 hour) Can
schedule 4 shifts in a row Centers are open 8am to 8pm Monday to
Friday (12 Hour shifts) and 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday (8
hour shifts). Job Description : Preference also to local
physicians, since this is an ongoing assignment MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS: Physicians: Residency training and board
certified/eligible in Family Medicine (FM), Emergency Medicine (EM)
or Med/Peds (this is required). must be residency trained and BC
(BE if within 5 years of residency) in FP, IM/Peds or ED MUST be
trained to see both adults and pediatrics. Physicians who are board
eligible must have completed board certification within 5 years of
residency completion. Board certification must be obtained during
appropriate eligibility time frame. Must treat both pediatric and
adult patient populations (all ages but generally 6 months and up)
Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.),
reading EKGs and X-rays. We have onsite X-ray and EKG. Must be
comfortable with EMR. Epic training will be provided but cannot be
provided prior to clearing credentialing and onboarding. Must be
willing to work with medical assistants, scribes, rad techs as
support staff (no RN/LPN support staff) Description / Other
Details: Urgent Care clinic; Provider must see patients 6 months
and up for urgent care needs. Procedures including suturing, wound
care, I & Ds, splinting, X-Ray and ECG over read, place IVs.
Beautiful state of the art centers that include lab and mobile
x-ray with access to additional Hospital resources. A completed
Covid vaccination card is required must be residency trained and BC
(BE if within 5 years of residency) in FP, IM/Peds or ED Other Info
