Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 07/14/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Description & Requirements Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation - (PT - Rehab) StartDate: 7/14/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1955.75 - $2143.00 PT needed asap for 13 weeks SHIFT: DAYS - 8AM - 4:30PM - 5x8s, 40 hours/week Weekend rotations, about 2 weekends each 6-8 weeks REQUIREMENTS: MO Physical Therapy BLS 2 Years exp. in specialty Previous travel exp. preferred Would consider looking at 1 year of experience ALL TRAVELERS: CoxHealth is currently requiring the flu vaccine, please ensure your traveler is willing to obtain if offered prior to submitting MUST live at least 100 miles away from the facility to which they are applying If previously employed by CoxHealth, must have been gone for at least 2 years Physical Therapist (PT) will provide care to young adult thru geriatric populations in a variety of settings to include IP Rehab, SNF, Acute C are (specific to elective total joints) and OP Same Day Surgery. Following physician orders, responsible to assess, develop, and implement treatment plans directed at a minimum to prevention, management of conditions and/or rehabilitation. Treatments focus on returning patients to as normal a pattern of movement and functioning as possible through the use of therapeutic exercise, activity, modalities, and education that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve/prevent/restore impairments and limitations resulting from disease or injury.
