WILSON'S CREEK NURSING & REHAB, located on the Westside of Springfield, Missouri is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Graduate nurses and newly licensed nurses are encouraged to apply.Wilson's Creek offers 12 hour shifts (7a-7p & 7p-7a) with every other weekend required. New hire bonuses are available to qualifying candidates. Shift differential provided for weekend and overnight shifts.Registered Nurse (RN) Duties and Responsibilities:Provides nursing care to patients as assignedAdministers and records medications and treatments as assignedPrepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatmentsReinforce supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their familiesParticipates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activitiesAssists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patientsObserves and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)Records on patient charts observation of patients responses to nursing care renderedMaintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patientsAssists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assignedRegistered Nurse (RN) Qualifications and Skills:RN Experience : 1 year (Preferred)RN Licensure (Required)Registered Nurse (RN) Benefits:Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceLong-Term and Short-Term DisabilityVacation and Paid Sick Time401KTuition ReimbursementINDT2by Jobble
