Join our mission-driven team as an Intensive In-Home Services (IIS) and Intensive Family Reunification Services (IFRS) Social Worker Specialist, where your dedication and compassion will directly help prevent out-of-home placements and support family stability. What You'll Do: In this full-time role, you'll: Provide intensive in-home services to families at risk of separation or in need of reunification. Manage a low caseload of just 2-3 families, allowing for deeper engagement and more personalized care. Respond to crisis situations with on-call support to help stabilize families in need. Receive behavioral training to enhance your therapeutic and intervention skills. Build trust and strong relationships with families to help them create safe, nurturing environments. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Social Work or a comparable human services field). Relevant experience in family or children's services is strongly preferred. Experience with Missouri Children's Division is a plus. Must live within or near the service county. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to helping others succeed.
