Job Description:
Seeking a full-time or PRN Occupational Therapist in Oregon's
wine country with a top-rated facility recognized for exceptional
care and staff morale.
Offers competitive pay ($43-$50/hr full-time; $50-$55/hr PRN) and a
$10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles.
Provides mentorship, flexible schedules, in-house rehab programs,
and a $15 daily stipend for commutes over 25 miles.
Requires NBCOT certification, state licensure, and preferably 1
year of post-acute care experience. CPR certification needed.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment
plans, supervising therapy staff, documenting care, and ensuring
patient safety and satisfaction.
Must demonstrate good communication, professionalism, teamwork, and
adherence to policies and regulations. Ability to adapt and make
independent decisions is essential.
