Job Description:
Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel

work. Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: --- 24 months of role
experience is required from any number of months. --- 12 months of
Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required from any
number of months. --- 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred
from any number of months. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a
Missouri license or compact license (required after submission).
--- This role will require floating to multiple units --- Local &
travel allowed. Candidates living Pre-employment modules may be
required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health
documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding
process. Additional Details: Ortho Neuro May request one holiday
off per assignment and are expected to work every other holiday.
--- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 - must be indicated on
submission form --- Weekend Hours: As required by facility --- Call
Requirements: None --- Float Requirements: will float on a
rotational basis --- Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year Tele,
inpatient only --- Preferred Skillset/Experience: Ortho, inpatient
only --- Type of Patients on Unit: Orthopedics --- Scrub Color:
Black --- Any unacceptable attire: Torn clothes, open toed shoes,
not wearing scrubs Auto Offer Guidelines: --- Flexible Guaranteed
Hours - 36 or 48 hours - must be listed on submission form ---
Blocked Scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on
facility requirements - must be listed on submission form --- RTO
must be made up on the back end. RTO will not be approved in the
first week of assignment. --- Holiday RTO - can request only 1 per
assignment Details: --- AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: Please request
an interview for one match from this facility at a time. You will
not interview with the hiring manager if the facility chooses to
extend an offer to you for this position. All time off requests
must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be
worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response
from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined. Maximum
days off: 5 days 2 references from last 12 months (Any reference
type) - required for submission Driver's license required
Certifications: --- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) --- BLS (Basic Life
Support) --- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
