Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: --- 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months. --- 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience is required from any number of months. --- Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. --- Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required for submission). --- This role will require floating to multiple units --- Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details: May request one holiday off per assignment and are expected to work every other holiday. --- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 - must be indicated on submission form --- All contingency requests must be on the submission form --- Weekend Hours: As required by facility --- Type of Patients on Unit: Med or Med tele, developmental delays --- Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year Tele, inpatient only --- Patient Ratios: We do not guarantee ratios. Careful consideration is given depending on the circumstance Dress Code: --- Scrub Color: Black --- Any unacceptable attire: Anything but black scrubs Auto Offer Guidelines: --- Flexible Guaranteed Hours - 36 or 48 hours - must be listed on submission form --- Blocked Scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements - must be listed on submission form --- RTO must be made up on the back end. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment. --- Holiday RTO - can request only 1 per assignment --- Float Requirements: will float on a rotational basis Details: --- AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: Please request an interview for one match from this facility at a time. You will not interview with the hiring manager if the facility chooses to extend an offer to you for this position. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
