Interventional Resource Nurses utilizing theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice for adult/geriatric/pediatric patients. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Experience: 1 or more years of Endoscopy department experience
Nursing Degree from an accredited school
Other: Demonstrates competence by completion of Universal Skills Inventory and Unit Specific Skills Check List within first three months of employment and undated annually
