Summary Job Summary Plans, organizes coordinates, directs, and evaluates patient care necessary for services to patients. Serves as a resource and helps with oversight of MAs, LPNs, and clinical support staff of FMCC. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, maintains medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management as necessary. Job Requirements Education Required: Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing or NLN approved program Experience Required: None Preferred: Previous nursing experience, especially in outpatient or ambulatory clinic setting Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams. Exhibits ability to manage time and prioritize work.
