Summary Job Summary Reports directly to the clinic manager. Plans, organizes, coordinates, directs, provides, and evaluates patient care necessary for services to patients. Interfaces with other departments, hospitals, and outside agencies to ensure continuity of care. Serves as a clinical lead to all nursing, clinical, and support staff. Performs various quality checklists, logs, and/or verify completion for tasks delegated to clinic staff. Serve as educational support to clinic staff for daily clinical operations - supplemental to onboarding, nursing education, and other educational trainings. Serve as support, guidance, and adherence to best practices regarding wide range of quality measures. Job Requirements Education Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Experience Required: 1 year of nursing/healthcare experience Preferred: Previous nursing experience in an outpatient or ambulatory clinic setting. Preferred: Leadership experience Preferred: Cardiac experience. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrate effective leadership abilities Exhibits valuable time management skills Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment Licensure/Certification/Registration Required: RN license active in the state of Missouri BLS required within 90 days of hire ACLS required within 90 days of hire (department specific) Additional Information ***Candidates may be eligible for a sign on bonus*** Job Benefits & Perks!
