Summary Job Summary The Virtual Care Navigator Team Lead is responsible for assisting with on-site implementation of the school-based telehealth program. The Virtual Care Navigator Team Lead will assist in the school-based telehealth visit process in a consumer focused, appropriate, and timely manner. Primary responsibilities include supporting the Virtual Care Supervisor and Telehealth Team leadership with scheduling, training, time keeping, inventory, daily team questions, and reporting. Will act as a liaison between CoxHealth, school district, and other stakeholders. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Education Required: High school diploma or Equivalent Experience Required: 1 year customer service experience Required: 6 months as Virtual Clinic Navigator or Physician Referral Specialist in the Telehealth Department Skills Outstanding written verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs Ability to multi-task Licensure/Certification/Registration Required: Obtain BLS Certification within 90 days of hire Additional Information Job Benefits & Perks!
