• 9 Bed Unit with 5 LDPR Rooms and 4 Post OP Support Rooms
• Locked Unit, Nursery Within

• Currently Doing Roughly 360 Deliveries per Year, Targeting 500+
• Significant Referral Network from Surrounding Cities with 60 Mile Radius Draw Area
• 10+ Nurses with High Levels of Autonomy in Handling OB Tasks Results in Minimal Call Requirements
• Specialists Available via Phone for Consultation
