Job Description:
New Grad Student Loan Repayment Program $20,000

1-2 years' RN experience Sign On Bonus $13,000
3-4 years' RN experience Sign On Bonus $15,000
5+ years' RN experience Sign On Bonus $20,000
Paid Time Off Frontload up to 80 hours for full time only
$7000 Relocation Assistance for full time only
Weekend Differential
Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am
Weekend Option Days: WEO rates + weekend differential
Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates + weekend differential + straight
night shift differential
Loyalty pay after 2 years of service

our management of complex diagnoses and patient needs. We have many
learning opportunities. Our unit serves the medical cardiac, neuro
population by managing chronic and acute onset diseases while also
balancing the need for telemetry and their observation stay. The
types of patients we serve are those with multi-system management
needs such as those with chest pain, syncope, TIA, sepsis,
dysrhythmias, heart failure. We also coordinate management of
patients needing cath lab, angio, dialysis, outpatient
infusion/chemo, and anti-coagulation therapies.

Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional
nursing program
Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and
maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or
compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must
meet all state board of nursing requirements.
Certifications:Basic Life Support certification through the
American Heart Association or successful completion of course
within 30 days of hire.
