Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior First Line Risk Manager
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop risk management strategies and ensure alignment with bank
and regulatory requirements
Implement and maintain risk management framework, conduct risk
assessments, and manage issue resolution
Engage in regulatory inquiries, audits, and reporting, and provide
risk governance and reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Financial Services,
First Line Risk, Enterprise Risk, or Operational Risk; or High
School Diploma and 12 years of relevant experience
Preferred education: Advanced Degree
Preferred experience in Project Management or Internal/External
Consulting
Knowledge of core risk management techniques and practices,
experience at a Large Financial Institution, and deep understanding
of loan operations
Ability to work effectively with associates, senior management, and
committees, and leverage data for problem-solving
