Description and Requirements
As a Business Intelligence Director at Acosta, you will collaborate
closely with client-facing business partners to provide critical
business and category insights aimed at bolstering and expanding
our client's presence within Walmart. Leveraging both internal
Walmart data and syndicated data sources, you will craft compelling
narratives that drive brand growth and enhance market positioning
for Acosta's clientele.

What will you do?
Collaborate with Account Executives to align strategies and utilize
in-depth knowledge of Walmart's data and processes to drive client
growth initiatives.
Develop concise and impactful presentations that facilitate
increased distribution and market presence for Acosta's client at
Walmart.
Effectively manage priorities and deadlines, ensuring timely
delivery of line reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBR), and
other key deliverables.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients,
customers, and internal stakeholders, fostering open communication
channels to drive success.
How will you succeed?
Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, both written and
verbal, to effectively convey insights and recommendations to
internal and external stakeholders.
Be proficient in the utilization of Retail Link/Luminate platforms
and a deep understanding of syndicated data sources such as
Nielson, IRI, Home Scan Panel, and SPINS.
Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise
manner.
Leverage a solid working knowledge of the Consumer-Packaged Goods
industry, particularly in the realm of customer insights, to inform
strategic decision-making.
Exhibit strong leadership capabilities to guide and develop team
members, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned
with company objectives.
Experience and Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED is required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred; related work experience may be
substituted for the educational requirement.
Category Management Certification is preferred.
5-8 years of related work experience in business intelligence,
category management, or a related field.
1-3 years of management experience, demonstrating leadership and
team development skills.
Proficiency in utilizing Retail Link/Luminate platforms for data
analysis and reporting.
Solid working knowledge of the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry,
particularly in customer insights.
