Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic guidance and technical direction to application
and data engineering teams
Lead and develop cross-functional engineering teams, fostering a

Oversee software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are
delivered on time and aligned with business objectives
Required Qualifications:
Master's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or
related field
At least 5 years of experience leading large-scale engineering
teams
Extensive experience in software development and modern software
engineering practices
Prior experience in healthcare or health services industry with
healthcare data domain knowledge
Demonstrated success in driving innovation and achieving results in
a fast-paced environment
