Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 3-5 QAs and work with cross-functional teams to
build a quality product
Create risk-based testing approaches and plans based on customer
and system understanding
Lead quality initiatives, projects, and coach and improve the
skills of the QA team
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack testing with
in-depth knowledge of Service and UI layer automation
Skilled investigator who can identify root causes of problems and
measure results
Detailed-driven problem solver who can analyze and solve
challenging problems
Ability to evaluate and design testing approaches to mitigate risk
and ensure adequate coverage
Experience leading quality initiatives, projects, and QA
individuals and teams
