Regional Support Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Regional Support Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and hold the team and clients accountable for their performance
Provide training and support to new and existing clients and team members
Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks and reports to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications:

Completion of 90-day introductory period in a CSR role
Working knowledge of supported CRM systems, Slack, and Trello
Experience supporting multiple clients for at least three months
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to think critically and make decisions to support business goals
