Human Resources ManagerThe Human Resources Manager plays an integral role in the success of our company and associates. The HR Manager collaborates with leadership to build a strong and sustainable workforce by leading strategies for hiring, retention, compensation, workforce development, and compliance. Primary Responsibilities:

• Create a great place to work by assessing and developing hiring, retention, training, performance, and termination practices.
• Help associates live life to its fullest through administration of benefits programs.
• Lead and communicate the strategic vision for the company.
• Ensure compliance of human resources legislation by monitoring policies and providing training for leadership.
• Champion our company culture and principles of open-book management and transparency.
• Promote best practices for maintenance of personnel records and regulations.EligibilityYou must have a high level of professionalism, teammate mentality, and strong interpersonal skills. An employee-owner is proactive, upholds commitments, and is continually learning.Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or SPHR certification.
  • 5 years of experience in human resources.
  • Experience working with laws affecting human resource administration.
