In a typical branch office, a financial advisor meets with clients
and receives branch office support, so they can focus on building
deep relationships with clients. Headquarters associates in St.
Louis, Tempe and Mississauga provide support and expertise to help
U.S. and Canada branch teams deliver an ideal client experience. We

investors.This role is part of the Research Operations and
Enablement Team. The mission of the team is to orchestrate and
optimize people, process, and craft to amplify the quality, value,
and impact of research at scale.
--- In order to accomplish the team mission, this role would be
involved in developing best practices, guidelines, standards,
metrics, and tools in order to improve the effectiveness,
efficiency, and consistency of research across a large team of

researchers and non-researchers alike.
--- The role may involve planning, conducting, and analyzing some
research on new processes, documents, trainings, that the team, as
well as other Design Operations teams are developing.
--- The role may also involve monitoring the consistent application
of its work by researchers to help ensure that standards are
consistently adhered to.
What Experience You Need:
--- Bachelor's degree in Usability, Human Factors, Human-Computer
Interaction, Psychology or relevant field. Masters degree
--- 5+ years of User Experience research experience.
--- Expert in both qualitative and quantitative user experience
--- Proactively develops self in the field of current and emerging
research and technology.
--- Expert in critical thinking, strategic thinking, process
improvement, relationship-building and problem-solving
--- Expert in written and verbal communication.
--- Able to expertly research, analyze and consolidate data into
trends and share with teams.
--- Expert in project management and organizational skills.
--- Able to expertly establish and maintain effective relationships
across departments, business areas, and vendors.

--- Presents ideas, thoughts, arguments, and information

this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on
skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a
