Job Description:
$5,000.00 Sign-On BonusOur Company is seeking the right
individual to become the Clinical Director of our Home Health
department. We believe our clients deserve to have a safe home life
with dignity and independence. We need true leaders of Home Health
to help us meet the needs of our clients and achieve our goals.The
Clinical Director will oversee all Home Health operations and will
perform the following daily tasks, but is not limited to...Managing
the quality, cost and compliance aspects for our team of clinicians
and respective patientsPlanning and facilitating weekly Clinical
Case ConferencesConducting staff meetings, providing education re:
clinical resources, HH regulations, and IHCH policies and
proceduresResolving patient issues and concerns, as neededOrienting
and mentoring assigned clinicians and support staffCollaboration
with our support departments to identify opportunities and
implement improvementConducting field supervisory visits (RN
only).Assuring preparation/follow-up of call schedule.Assists with
HR functions, including interviewing, hiring, performance
evaluations and payroll for assigned staff members.Education and
Experience RequirementsEducation: Meet one of the following
requirements: Licensed Physician; Licensed Physical Therapist;
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (ST); Licensed Occupational
Therapist (OT); Licensed Audiologist; Licensed Registered nurse
(RN); Possess an undergraduate degree; Must have a current state
license in respective discipline; Must possess and maintain a
current CPR certification and TB test.Experience: Minimum of one
