DEVELOPMENT MANAGERSpringfield, MissouriJob Overview:The Learning
and Development Manager coordinates, facilitates and delivers
training programs for Client Access and Centralized Scheduling at
Burrell. This role will partner directly with those departments to
design, maintain and deliver training and ensure overall training
programs are aligned with business needs, compliance and regulatory
requirements.What you'll do:
- Plan, organize, and effectively conduct employee training on
various skill, policy and compliance areas.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on many different topics and
be a resource to employees as needed.
- Collaborate with Senior System Director to maintain and
implement training curriculum materials also ensuring that the
organization's resources are efficiently utilized.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify knowledge gaps
and opportunities to enhance employee performance through
additional training.
- Review, maintain and update training facilitation and
materials. Ensure materials are continuously updated and align with
business needs and regulations.
- Consistently incorporate diversity and inclusivity
considerations, in partnership with the Inclusion team, for our
employees in content development, delivery and management.
- Collaborate with department leadership in on-boarding and
integration process of new employees; ensure timely and accurate
delivery of training programs for new and existing staff.
- Support department leaders in Relias and is a resource for
employees as well as track all completed training.
- Assess training outcomes, identify and implement improvements;
develop reporting for measurement of training needs and results
through surveys, interviews with staff or consultations with
department leadership.
- Regularly visit assigned facilities to assess, advise and
support Learning and Development. Work with department leaders to
maintain an up to date and accurate record of trainee progress and
achievements.
- Create quality auditing process to ensure excellence in
scheduling, customer service and safety. Also, create a feedback
loop with employees and leadership on quality audits.What you'll

- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal
skills
- Excellent coaching/mentoring skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail as well as planning and ability to
prioritize
- Creative and innovative thinking on how to hold trainees
attention and also improvise on teaching style depending on staff
training need
- Excellent presentation skills to present and handle training
programs effectively
- Well-developed administrative skills to help manage training
programs efficientlyQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of experience with training and training program

TECHNICIANBolivar, MissouriWe provide support for developmentally
disabled clients in their home and in the community. Our services
include practical help for functional living, behavioral support
and crisis intervention. We also offer employment resources to
clients through our working solutions program in southwest
Missouri.What you'll get to do:
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Provide assistance and instruction with cooking, personal care,
house cleaning and laundry.
- Teach a variety of skills needed to be part of a community,
such as using public transportation, making and keeping medical
appointments, and attending social events.
- Provide individual support in all areas of life, with the
emphasis on community participation and inclusion.
- Assist the individual to acquire, improve and retain the
self-help, socialization and adaptive skills necessary to reside

- High School diploma/GED.
- Must have a valid driver's license, favorable driving record
(class E chauffeur's license preferred).
- Experience in the Human Services field is preferred but not
required.
- If driving a Burrell vehicle, the minimum age requirement is
