Individuals within the IT leadership role have responsibility for activities that contribute to owning & implementing of assigned projects and initiatives encompassing IT vision and strategy aligned with the company's strategic business plan. They manage small to large teams of people responsible for developing and delivering IT solutions for the business and customers. Each role within this role provides technical leadership to their organizations. IT Leaders are also responsible for analyzing trends in technology, assessing the impact of emerging technologies on the business, providing solutions to address technology and business issues, and managing financial resources while ensuring the development of high-quality technology solutions. These solutions must be developed at the best possible cost and be aligned with customer and business needs while establishing relationships with employees and key internal and external stakeholders ---Manages teams that support projects of low to high technical complexity ---May oversee teams that work on solutions that span multiple domains, enterprise systems, and interface with external solutions ---Participates as key stakeholder in project planning activities ---Reviews project plans for accuracy and feasibility ---Coordinates technical deliverables across multiple areas of the organization ---Assists team in design and discovery around data requirements ---Reviews data requirements for accuracy and alignment with Enterprise requirements ---May participate in periodic code reviews with technical leads on critical or visible projects ---May assist in the definition and implementation of governance and standards related to code reviews and testing artifacts ---Ensures existing standards, policies, and procedures are being followed and remediates any deviations from established SOP's ---Recommends new standards, policies, and procedures based upon metrics and industry trends. ---Ensures that deployments are properly scheduled and follow established change control procedures. ---Participates in deployments as necessary to support the team. ---Serves as an escalation point when issues occur during a deployment ---Identifies and communicates Application Performance management standards and SOPs ---Reviews results of Application Performance management activities ---Manages Documentation/User Guides initiatives and team members ---Evaluates new application packages and tools and performs research on best practices. ---May provide recommendations for the solutions. ---Manages Technology Evaluation and Research activities and team members ---Provides regular individual and team coaching and mentoring. ---Helps write and implement formal associate development plans ---Provides coaching and mentoring in both technical and non-technical skill-areasQualifications: ---Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Typically has 7 to 10 years of relevant IT and business work experience. ---Requires experience in leading teams and building relationships with people at a variety of levels. ---Requires demonstrated ability to launch and deliver a single IT project on time and within budget. ---Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions ---Ability to lead dynamically and energize multidiscipline work teams to learn and apply new skills and techniques to respond to business needs ---Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills ---5 years as a .NET developer, prefer 1-3 years experience in a development lead / manager role ---Full lifecycle project experience ---Experience in event-driven client-server development ---Azure DevOps / Team Foundation Server ---Strong experience with MySql preferred, or MSSQL ---Effective in a face paced environment, ability to work on/manage multiple tasks concurrentlyWe offer competitive total rewards compensation.
