Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
Set vision, goals, & strategy for the team based on company
objectives
Lead the design, deployment, and operation of ML-powered
services
Recruit, hire, scale, and develop a team of engineers
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of direct engineering management experience
2+ years of experience in developing, managing, and improving ML
models or infrastructure
Proven track record of building and deploying effective ML models
or systems
Experience in real-time, distributed data processing and batch
processing pipelines
Experience in managing diverse ML models, especially in adversarial
domains like Fraud, Trust, or Safety
