Responsibilities Oversees and recruits engineering staff, ensuring personal and departmental goals and objectives are metManages progress and timeliness of projects Reviews and develops reports to ensure projects are on schedule and within departmental budget while meeting customer requirementsProvides mentoring and training for departmental associatesConduct timely and constructive performance evaluations to ensure well-qualified and motivated associates Consult and collaborate with Director of Operations and Director of Sales to create long-range operating goals specific to the needs of Springfield ReManufacturing Corp. and it's customers Meet and build relationships with associates, customers, suppliers, and other guest of the Company. Key QualificationsBachelors degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field required. At least ten years of related experience required. Extensive technical knowledge of engineering and product development. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to develop and implement solutions Excellent financial skills and ability to analyze financial data in an open book environment.
