WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Support Engineer Intern will assist the Product Support team in building relationships with the client team by responding to software questions and driving resolution of raised client issues. They will also assist in knowing client's products and how they use the software along with gathering and understanding future milestones and go to market events.

  • Assist Product Support representatives in milestone discussions, details about product versions, and tracking existing and future lines of business details
  • Update Salesforce account information (Product versions, Go-Live dates, contacts, etc.)
  • Assist Product Support representatives in providing weekly status reports for clients to ensure regular updates on all outstanding items
  • Assist in creating welcome/new product email to client upon new signing or new up sale
  • Assist in ensure licensing delivery is confirmed by the client and stored for historical reference
  • Compiling comprehensive list of client release needs along with priority
  • Performs other related duties and activities as required

    WHAT YOU'VE DONE:
    • Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree
    • Awareness of client Milestones & Roadmap, Duck Creek product licensing site and execution per contracts, supported upgrade paths and fostering discussions with client about options, and potential future Sales opportunities and encouraging solution growth
    • Case Submission Tool Awareness (Salesforce, TeamTrack, TFS, etc.)
    • Client contract and delivery awareness
    • Communication & Collaboration
    • Complex problem solving
    • Knowledge for what is included as part of the Duck Creek solution
    • Knowledge of new customer on-boarding
    • Knowledge of reporting tools for issue tracking systems
    • Meeting Facilitation
    • Time & Priority management
    • Understanding the Duck Creek release process
