year of experience as an ASL Interpreter in educational settings.

considered. A contract opportunity is available for a Sign Language
Interpreter specializing in telehealth services within an
educational environment. This role supports effective communication
for students and staff by providing skilled interpretation through
remote platforms. Location: Rogers, AR Position Type: 1099 Contract
Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality sign language
interpretation during telehealth sessions for students requiring
communication assistance. Facilitate clear and accurate
communication between students, educators, and healthcare providers
remotely. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
during all interactions. Coordinate with school personnel and
telehealth teams to schedule and conduct interpretation sessions
effectively. Monitor and report any challenges or special
requirements to ensure smooth service delivery. Desired
Qualifications and Experience: Proficiency in American Sign
Language (ASL) with experience interpreting in educational or
telehealth settings. Strong understanding of telecommunication
technologies and virtual meeting platforms. Ability to accurately
convey nuanced information in both signed and spoken languages.
Previous experience working with students who are deaf or hard of
hearing is preferred. Commitment to maintaining professional
