Job Description:

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Creative Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of creative strategists, providing guidance and support to achieve exceptional results for clients
Develop rapport with clients, understanding their goals and explaining company processes
Write strategic consumer-centric copy and messaging strategy

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager or similar performance data tools
Strong understanding of best practices for performance-driven creative
Excellent ability to write effective ad copy and oversee execution with visuals
Ability to analyze creative performance data and inform creative concepts
Proven track record of achieving strong campaign results through strategic planning of top-performing creative
