Job Description:
Description We operate on a 4-day work week, Monday - Thursday
7:30am-5:00pm. Position Profile: The Front Desk Receptionist serves
as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors at
our dental lab. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming
environment, managing incoming communications, and providing
administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Job
Duties and Accountabilities: Front Desk Receptionist: Answer,
screen, and forward incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
Provide accurate information, take messages, and route calls
appropriately. Greet and assist visitors in a professional and
friendly manner. Assist with filing, record maintenance, and
general office organization. Prepare and distribute case plan
flags, signage, and other materials. Ensure the lobby and reception
area remain clean, organized, and welcoming. Perform additional
tasks as assigned to support the team and organizational goals.
Workplace Expectations: Safety Work in a safe manner and comply
with all safety protocols. Report unsafe conditions to supervisors
or management. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Teamwork & Collaboration
Actively participate in team meetings and provide timely feedback.
Understand and leverage organizational synergies. Collaborate
effectively across departments and utilize available resources.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous
experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Professional
appearance and demeanor, adhering to company standards. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build
positive relationships. Customer service-oriented mindset. Ability
to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency
with basic office equipment and computer applications. Commitment
to confidentiality and ethical business practices. Physical and
Safety Requirements: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Ability to sit
or stand for extended periods. Frequent use of hands, wrists, and
fingers for repetitive tasks.
