Job Description:
Summary Job Summary Has responsibility/accountability for
leading the clerical operations of the Bio-Medical Department.
Under general supervision of the Biomed Director; plans, directs,
implements, and supervises the office with an extensive knowledge
of all office functions. There is special emphasis and
anticipating, avoiding and correcting problems as well as providing
and direction training and leadership to employees. This role will
assist the Bio-Med Director with research and special projects. Job
Requirements Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience
3 or more years experience in a office setting Skills Proficient in
spreadsheet and typing skills. Able to multitask and communicate
effectively, clearly and with tact Excellent telephone skills
Prefer knowledge of software specific to job
