Managers approach each and every day with a single purpose - to do
the right thing by our business clients to help them achieve their

sales focused and we're looking for sales professionals who aren't

clients to US Bank. Role responsibilities include: Large portion of
time spent on prospecting and developing new business for the bank.
Build, develop, cultivate and manage new and existing relationships
with business clients. Recommend financial solutions based on each
client’s unique goals and needs. Be the primary advisor for our
business clients. Deliver financial expertise and client-centric
solutions that build strong, long-term relationships. Assess and
attend to clients' banking needs. Collaborate with internal
partners to deliver a One Bank set of solutions to our business

available! Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
work experience - Four to five years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of local market - Ideal
candidate resides in the market - Able to demonstrate principals of
credit risk management - Have "soft skills" to partner and
collaborate across business lines - Proven track record onboarding
and retaining businesses with revenues $2.5MM to $25MM - Proven
track record of success meeting targets that are quantifiable and
qualitative Location The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule. If
not prospecting and meeting with clients, there's an in-office
expectation of 3 or more days per week with the flexibility to work

location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may

U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including

requirements). Pay Range: $76,840.00 - $90,400.00 U.S. Bank will
