Finance Development Program Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Finance Development Program Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:

Participate in two 1-year rotations in different areas within the One Finance organization
Engage in assignments involving people, project, and change management, client-facing work, operations, and strategy
Establish formal mentoring relationships and engage in volunteer opportunities

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business or related area of study
Prior internship or co-op experience, or relevant work experience (0-1 years)
Extensive leadership experience through extracurricular activities, community involvement, or in the workplace
General understanding of financial and accounting concepts
Remote role
