Responsibilities:
--- Perform corporate accounting duties for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements and annual audits, and annual budgets.
--- Perform month-end closing activities including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation, financial statement preparation, account analysis, and segment reporting.
--- Work with Sales Management to ensure accurate sales territory assignments, sales history, weekly and monthly reporting, and sales budgets.
--- Establish and maintain systems and controls that verify the integrity of all systems, processes, and accounting data, and enhance the company's value.
--- Maintain financial records and ensure journal entries are properly recorded including payroll entries and allocations.
--- Assist with corporate audits, external reviews, governmental surveys, and compliance reporting.
--- Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special financial and inventory reports.
--- Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
--- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.

Supervisory Responsibility
--- This position has no direct reports, but it works alongside an empowered team that regularly hits our company goals and provides fun quarterly incentives for the whole company!

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
--- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
--- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot table setup.
--- Training or experience with financial ERP solutions and design.

Preferred Education and Experience
--- 1-2 years of accounting experience.
--- Payroll processing experience is a plus.
--- Asset/Depreciation software experience would be a huge benefit.
