Our Commercial Banking Assistants support the Commercial Banking Officers (CBO) in various aspects of loan origination. They serve as a key intermediary between customers and CBO in all aspects of the ongoing banking relationship. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides administrative assistance to the Commercial Banking Officer(s), in various aspects of loan origination and ongoing banking relationships
Delivers excellent customer service
Performs clerical functions including faxing documents, preparing correspondence, copying borrower information, scanning of documents, etc.
Performs a variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of departmental/SOX procedures
Cross-markets bank products and services as appropriate
Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures and follows applicable banking regulations
Performs additional job related duties as assigned or required Required and Desired Skills and Experience High school diploma or equivalent is required
Minimum of three years of previous banking/financial industry experience is required
