Job Description:
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
QPS Employment Group is hiring a Routing Center Coordinator in
Springfield, MO. This is an associate to hire opportunity.
Routing Center Coordinator Responsibilities include but are not
limited to: - Provide exceptional support to clients through
prompt, clear phone and email communication - Collect shipment
details and requirements to make the best routing decision -
Accurately log shipment details into shipment manifest system -
Schedule appointments for pickup/delivery - Create bill of ladings
and other shipment documents - Track shipments to ensure on-time
delivery - Act as a liaison between clients and carriers to ensure
each shipment is a success
Routing Center Coordinator Requirements: - High school diploma -
Experience with invoicing, vendor management, scheduling pickups
and deliveries of shipments, data entry, customer service, and bill
of ladings - Full background check
